Other properties are planning for 2016… are you? With budgets set it’s time to get those new projects rolling. If you want to make a change and draw attention to your web site then you simply cannot afford to have poorly designed work, little or no identity and no commitment to your prospect. Whether you need a brochure to advertise your services or apartments or 3D Floorplans for your web site, we can deliver on-budget and on-time. You have to be ahead of your competition and now is the time to do that.
We love the 3-D’s and we’ve added them to our website.

Peter, I love the site map! Diane McPeek, Community Manager email@example.com
Runaway Bay Apartments Peter, The floor plans look great! They look so great that I used them today for the first time, showing a 1bedroom and closed. They loved being able to see the apartment they were leasing.
Thanks again for everything!, Courtney C. Deason, AHM®, ARM®, Senior Community Manager

Design is a co-operative process
Print designs must be unique and reflect the distinctive image of your business. From logos and corporate identity, to brochures, publications, flyers, cards and banners to name a few. A successful design project is a client-designer collaboration.
Delivering results that exceed client expectations
I design all of my projects in Corel Draw X4, and transmit these to the printer upon final proof approval. Based on my experience with long-term design communications projects, I have found that it is mutually advantageous to handle each project in logical working/billing phases.
Concept revisions, extensive alterations, or a switch in marketing objectives sometimes makes it impossible to accurately estimate in advance the total cost of a project. Planning the work, cost estimating, and billing in several phases permits DESIGNER or CLIENT to adjust for such revisions. Any cancelled project is billed only through phases and/or portions of phases that were actually completed by DESIGNER.
